Step 1: Melt white chocolate. (Mine had issues melting, but still turned out great!)
Step 2: Add mint extract and food coloring.
Step 3: Lay out on pan and refrigerate. While it cooled and hardened I melted the dark chocolate.
Step 4: Put dark chocolate and mint candies on top of white chocolate mint. Let cool and then enjoy!
I also found a strange group of chocolates stuck together in the bag and I thought I would share that too.
